Sachin has dedicated 14 years to the redevelopment of housing societies and slum rehabilitation projects. He has led redevelopment departments for renowned developers and has managed various aspects including land acquisitions, investor relations, legal issues, liaisoning, and technical matters.

While sourcing redevelopment projects, Sachin noticed a significant gap in real estate knowledge among society members and clients. Recognizing this opportunity, he decided to address it by leveraging his expertise. Driven by a passion to apply his extensive knowledge, experience, and resources, Sachin envisioned a venture that would offer personalized solutions under one roof. This innovative concept, supported by his dedicated team, led to the formation of Sadhya Consultancy.
